i have a problem i dinot got the mail for redeming the RaiderZ Elite Founder's Pack code in game gays told me i need to get the mail with a cod ?? what do i need to do now?? did i pay for nothing?? any admin can help me out hier?

Ok the mail will say claim your elite pack. In that mail is a code. (the code was also shown if you used the skrill or w/e payment. Its the activation key.) Step 1 log in and make the character/class you want the pack on. Step two go to the email and click the here link. Step 3 copy and past the code select the server with the character on it and the character them-self and you done. If you did this already while being logged in log off and log back in and it should be in your in game mail. If your still having an issue send in a ticket.

Did you check your email's spam folder?

If you find the email in your spam folder, you just redeem it at http://raiderz.perfectworld.com/redeem

Put in the code, select the server, and select your character.

Click submit, alt tab into your game and go to character screen and then log back in.

The founders pack should then be in your mailbox.

Save your information. (I normally screen shot it for stuff like this.) When you send a ticket you need your transaction number so they know ok? They also said some people might not get their code till the 23rd. (so sometime today.) They know people are having issues getting their codes as well. So if by the time the game is officially open and you still dont have your info Id send in a ticket.
