Hey i've been created raiderz account with accepted status .... and when i try to connect to the game show me "User does not exist." WHYYYYYYY???????:(

that's the answer not rely helpfull, i tried to log multiple times trough the day did not work

Make sure to type your Username and Password in all lowercase letters.

Only thing I can think of that might be causing it.

In alpha they had a problem that someones password was to long, so that could be it, try shortening your password, and as the person above me said, make sure its all in lowercase letters

my username is all lowercase anyway it has a number tho, could that be the problem and i have 8 letter pass that isn't so long, i tried typing random id's later on still ''user does not exist'' normally people have ''wrong pass or id'' i think

Ah i doubt the numbers it, because my user has a number as well :/ and if you wernt in beta it'd tell you, so thats really weird, my only thing is maybe your logging in with your forum name instead of your account name, but i doubt thats even possible to mistake ._.

yeah it does not work whatever i wright in, i dont think it acc problem i think its game id dl it again but if it would not work again after that id just smash my pc so il just give up and go play dota 2 again ... with the fu**ing russians

i have this problem too i enter my credencials it enters to select the world and when i selct the world it says User does not exist
